Seven Washington State University faculty have been named fellows of the American Association for the Advancement of Science for their scientifically or socially distinguished efforts to advance science or its applications.

Warwick Bayly, Terry McElwain, Raymond Reeves and Michael Smerdon are to be named Fellows of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the largest general scientific society in the world. They will be formally recognized during the 2011 AAAS Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., this February.  All 4 have ties to the College of Veterinary Medicine.  http://bit.ly/gcyWgp
